Terms of Service

Serverade agrees to provide services to Customers, subject to the following terms of service ("Terms"). All terms of this contract may change from time to time at Serverade's discretion. Customers understand that changes to the ToS by Serverade will not be grounds for early termination or non-payment. By accepting the terms, you also agree to the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy of each game, and authorize Serverade to accept these agreements on your behalf.

Service Usage

a. You are fully responsible for the use of our services.
b. You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or violate applicable laws.
c. You must not use our services to distribute materials that infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
d. You must not use our services for hacking, spamming, or other prohibited actions.

Downtime and Data Loss

a. Although Serverade strives to maintain service availability, the Cheap Hosting Package has the potential for downtime due to trial provider usage. b. Serverade is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by downtime or data loss on Cheap Hosting Packages.

Data Security

a. Serverade takes reasonable steps to maintain the security of customer data.
b. Serverade, in any case, is not responsible for data loss, information interference, or information distribution including unauthorized access to our server system or other data loss.
c. You must be aware that no security system is entirely invulnerable. Therefore, Serverade cannot guarantee data security absolutely.

Changes to Services and Terms

a. Serverade reserves the right to change the services offered and these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Such changes will be notified to you via email or announcement on Discord or our website.
c. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you are deemed to accept these changes.

Support

a. Any support requests needed for products from Serverade must be submitted through Discord, Ticket panel, or Whatsapp. Any form of contact other than the designated ticket system may not guarantee a proper response from official representatives.
b. Efforts will be made to provide prompt and effective responses to questions, issues, or complaints submitted by customers.

Service Cancellation

a. You may cancel the service at any time.
b. There will be no refunds for payments made, unless otherwise stipulated in a specific agreement.

Service Termination

a. Serverade reserves the right to terminate your service if you violate these terms and conditions.
b. Serverade also reserves the right to terminate the service if necessary due to technical or operational reasons.
c. Serverade reserves the right to delete your service 7 days after the expiration period.

General Terms

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where Serverade operates.
b. In the event of a dispute between you and Serverade, an attempt at amicable resolution must be made first.
c. If an amicable resolution fails, the dispute will be resolved through the legal process applicable in the country where Serverade operates.
